Return/damaged/faulty/unwanted goods: If in the unlikely event a product is faulty or damaged Pethavenhq will require:

Photo images.
Completion of Pethavenhq Return form.
Pethavenhq will offer a replacement part or replacement product, whatever is more practical.
Pethavenhq will collect or arrange to dispose of the faulty part/product at our cost.
Pethavenhq will not be held responsible and nor will Pethavenhq collect any products that are ordered in error, or have been ordered and unwanted for any reason, other than faulty products.

Stock:
All products are subject to stock availability at the time of ordering. While every effort will be made to ensure that all items are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability. We try to keep all Drop shippers up to date with future discontinuations and low stock counts, but this is not always possible.

Pethavenhq will not deal direct with your customers in relation to any subject.
